Robertson is ranked as the 14th-best player in the country.

Receiver Demetris Robertson, the last uncommitted five-star prospect in the class of 2016, will reportedly announce his college decision on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET. It seems he'll choose between Georgia, Notre Dame and Cal.
The Savannah Christian Prep (Ga.) product is ranked as the top wide receiver in the country on the 247Sports Composite, as well as the third-ranked player in Georgia and the 14th-ranked player overall in the class of 2016. He's not the biggest receiver, at 5'11.75 and 175 pounds, but he's a very quick, agile player, which allowed him to dominate a seven-on-seven camp last year. He also has the ability to play cornerback in college.

A strong senior season helped him add a fifth star to his recruiting profile in November.
If Georgia were able to add Robertson, he'd push the Bulldogs past Michigan and into a top-five spot in the Composite rankings. If Robertson committed to Notre Dame, his pledge would move the Irish ahead of Tennessee and into 14th place.
Robertson initially committed to Alabama, but he decommitted last April. He continued to look at the Crimson Tide, but he also kept Georgia, Stanford and Notre Dame in the mix.
Over the past few weeks, the Bulldogs, Bears and Irish have emerged as finalists after Robertson apparently didn't qualify to get into Stanford. The entire timeline of his recruitment is a wacky one, and it'll finally come to an end on Sunday.
Check out Robertson's highlights from his senior season:

Remember that joke circulating around this thread of Irish being his #1 or #2? They weren't even recognized by him when he was talking about making a decision. Cal, Georgia and Stanford were the leaders. 24/7 is soooooo bad sometimes.

Stanford may still be his leader, if they'd let him in

Part of the reason he did not talk about Notre Dame when he finally made an announcement is that by that time Notre Dame was no longer an option for him even though all of the recruiting and other media sites (not just 247) said he was choosing between UGA, Cal, & ND.

Why was ND not an option? Because ND never agreed to his Financial Aid agreement only approach and once the NLI signing deadline passed on April 1 he could not have ended up at ND even if he wanted to, although I think it is pretty safe to assume that ND's chances with Robertson disappeared on the original NLI signing day.

As Fr. Tom said Stanford is probably still his leader but they are not yet an option because he still has not been accepted there, however if he ever does get the SAT score that he needs to get into Stanford with there is nothing stopping him from moving down the highway a bit from Berekely to be part of Stanford's 2017 class, that is if he even ends up at Cal this fall.

Essentially his big "announcement" of a couple of days ago means absolutely nothing as he can still go to any college this Fall where he has already been accepted and who is willing to let him enroll with a FA agreement only. That means that only Stanford, ND, and other schools who are not willing to go the FA route are the only places among his 50+ offers where he will not possibly end up at come September, 2016.
