Notre Dame cornerback Shaun Crawford was injured in last season's, 39-10, win over Nevada. Crawford tore his left achilles tendon and was lost for the season.
However, it looks like the talented defensive back received some great news this weekend.
Crawford took to Instagram to share the news that he is fully cleared for activities.
"Got the news that my tendon is fully healed and cleared for all activity," he wrote. "When you've been where I've been, you don't get through it alone! Without God, family, friends, trainers, teammates, coaches, and many other supporters I wouldn't be where I am today announcing I came back... twice."
Crawford will be in uniform and potentially in the starting lineup, if all goes well, come September's matchup with Temple inside Notre Dame Stadium.
