There is room for Folston or K. Muhammad if Cierre does not come back. If he does come back I think they'll pass on another RB.

I agree on Redfield. I'm sure they would find room for him somehow but I am going to be very surprised if it is at the expense of Carlo. Although the '13 class looks more solid than ever right now there is always a possibility of a defection, and if that does not happen there is at least one guy with eligibility next year who has still not played a down this year and could be headed for a medical schollie next year.

So 1-2 spots left for 2013 and interest ranging from "not likely" to "possible silent verbal" from the following Rivals250 players (off the top of my head):
    -Al-Quaddin Muhammad
    -Mackenzie Alexander
    -Laquon Treadwell
    -Max Redfield
    -Demarcus Robinson
    -Tarean Folston

Any of those guys would be a great addition. I would say that we should have slow played some of the 3-star players who verballed early in the year, but most of those guys have at least halfway decent offer lists, and I think ND's coaching staff may have earned the benefit of the doubt on evaluation and development within their system.

Historically the biggest impact from a great season on recruiting is felt in the following year, so we should have a lot to look forward to. Even with some great players graduating, we should be set up for another strong season next year. If we aren't careful, we could get on a roll and find ourselves in a position that we haven't consistently been in since probably the early '90's -- there's not enough room for all the great players who are interested in ND!

Even though Robinson is visiting this weekend, anyone other than AQM, Folston, and Redfield would be a major surprise, at least to me. If all three of those guys want to join the Irish Mob of 2013 there will be room for them.

Too bad we have 13 kickers on scholarship and none are any better than average.

With the addition of Luke, Rivals has elevated the ND class to #2 behind SCum.

That would be amazing! But cost us a recruit. I think it's worth it though.

Regardless, if we are replacing Watt, Cave, KLM, Te'o, Slaughter, Motta, Eifert and Riddick... I think we are very solid next year and will be a preseason top 10.

    C - lose Cave, enter Hegarty/Hanratty
DE - lose KLM, enter Day, Jones, Hounshell, Springman, Utupo?, Rochelle, AQM? (all opposite Tuitt)
ILB - lose Te'o, enter Calabrese/Fox, Grace, Moore, Anzalone
OG - lose Watt, enter Nick Martin, Harrell, FR
RB - lose Theo, enter Cierre, GA3, Carlisle, McDaniel, Mahone, 2FR?
S - lose Motta, maybe Slaughter, enter... Badger, Baratti, Collinsworth, Farley, Hardy, Prosise, Shumate, Turner
TE - lose Eifert, enter Niklas, Koyack, Welch

Hopefully Golson is smart and dynamic next year and we should be real good.

He's mentioned they could try to get him back again next year, but it doesn't sound very promising.

EDIT: My mistake, at the time of this post I hadn't heard BK discuss this in his presser yesterday. Sounding somewhat better.
