Wyatt has received a verbal offer from ND. In addition to ND he currently holds verbal offers from Boston College, UConn, Duke, Maryland, OU, scUM, N.C. State, State Penn, Rutgers, USCe, Tennessee, UVA and Virginia Tech. Wyatt has unofficially visited UVA twice for a game last season also Virginia Tech and State Penn for a game last season. last season. Notre Dame is clearly interested in Wyatt Teller, the extension of a scholarship offer last month proved that much. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound defensive lineman from Bealeton, Va., (Liberty) is interested in the Irish as well.

“He has a very high interest in Notre Dame,” Liberty High School assistant Sean Finnerty said. “It’s a school that has the combination of academics and athletics. He’s a very good student and academics are very important to him.”

Teller also has offers from Michigan, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Boston College among others. He should be getting to South Bend relatively soon for a visit.

“Over his spring break, he’s making a southern trip trying to cover all the schools down south that have offered him,” said Finnerty. “At the end of the trip, we had planned to come up north and look at Notre Dame, Ohio State and Michigan.”

Wyatt Teller hasn’t eliminated any schools right now, but the Virginia defensive end does have a top five.

“It’s Virginia, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Notre Dame and Michigan,” Liberty High School assistant coach Sean Finnerty said.

“It’s a top five. I wouldn’t say anything is final right now, but it’s definitely his top five.”

The 6-foot-5, 260-pounder from Bealeton, Va., also has offers from Florida, Duke, Maryland, North Carolina State, Penn State, Boston College, UConn, Rutgers and Tennessee and isn’t ruling any schools out at this point.

Wyatt plans to make his college decision tomorrow between both in state schools (Virginia Tech and UVA).
