Looks like USC verbal commit Jordan Payton from CA is coming as well...that would show some serious interest. Maybe he sees how many ridiculous WRs are at USC and is looking for some early playing time.

Also, the list of these guys coming in is pretty darn incredible, especially the out of area guys (CA, AZ, PA) and I'm sure there are many others. Also, the potential 5 stars (Peat, Spence, Payton) coming is nice as well and many of these guys I could see being top 100 players in the country.

There seems to be a difference of opinion on Payton visiting. One site has him as a definite, one as a maybe, and one says he is not coming. I'll add him to our list though, maybe that will convince him to come.

Man I wish I could be there. Especially to see Mauk. It would be nice to see him emerge as the guy who in fact is the best QB in the country for ND. It seems he is the "teacher's pet" when it comes to BK and QBs for 2012. If he does emerge as such, will he be an early commit and start recruting other kids? How many WRs will show? All 4 listed below? I'd love to see Gehrig Dieter at this camp, especially if there are other offered WRs and he still is not offered. He will be at his peak to show the staff he is legit and deserves an offer.

It sure would be nice to get the top guys out for this camp and start 2012 off with a few commits. I wonder what can be done by the staff to build relationships among the recruits. Some nice weather would be great too.

it's not a camp...just an opportunity for the kids to see the campus and get to know the coaches
