I actually like his list the most so far
A lot of ND leans/interest on that list. Have to love that! BK may actually know how to recruit (sarcasm)

One footnote on the ESPN 150. Remember that Rivals had 8 recruits in their Top 100 who were not even on the Rivals 250 Watch List. When I finish looking at the complete new Rivals 250 I am sure there will be quite a few more recruits on that list who were not on the Rivals Watch list. Well ESPN has only one recruit that we are tracking (their #140 Garrett Greenlea) who was not on their Watch List prior to them publishing their initial ESPN 150.

I disagree with a lot of Rivals evaluations but you do have to give them credit for keeping up with who is moving up the boards because of camps and spring practices. It looks like ESPN took their Watch List and just threw 150 darts at the names on that list to come up with an initial Top 150.

With :clown:ey also being #1 on the AV150 he now holds that spot on 4 of the 5 boards we are monitoring. Only Lemming does not have him #1, Tom has him as a lowly #2. :clown:

A quick glance at the Rivals 250 in comparison to the Scout 300 shows that of the recruits that we are tracking 2 of the 3 highest rated recruits on Scout that did not make the Rivals 250 are ND verbals Conor Hanratty & Jordan Prestwood. The other recruit in that group was Angelo Mangiro.

This is the kind of stuff that creates the perception of an anti-ND bias on Rivals, especially when you look at Prestwood who is ranked on all 4 of the other boards, with an average ranking of 102 and no lower ranking than #130. I don't know whether the anti-ND bias on Rivals is real or imagined but I do know the facts are the facts.

Rivals' excuse on Prestwood -- that they're uncomfortable ranking him that highly for a position that he hasn't played -- makes sense to me. Now, whether or not they've applied that logic consistently to other recruits is open to question, but I don't disagree with it in principle. Hanratty, to my eye, looks like a bit of a project. That's not to say that he won't be good, but rather that he needs to reshape his body, improve footwork, etc., so I wasn't surprised to see him left off the 250.

Several of the best football programs in the country didn't feel uncomfortable about him :) Glad he is Irish.

Prestwood, Hanratty, and Farley all garner 3-stars on Rivals. The Prestwood stuff continues to be a gigantic joke.

This is probably my favorite of all the lists (except it stops at 100 :( ) since it is a cumulative list of 6 sites and give the best overall feel of where recruits rank to a larger community

    Hegarty is #35
    Koyack is #51

Others of note who considering ND:

    Ishaq #34
    Antonio Richardson #45
    Lynch #59
