    Why can't I rep?

    Every time I try to rep someone in the past two weeks I am told "You need to share some reps with others before you can rep 'so an so' ". It doesn't matter who it is, I can't rep anyone. and my rep power went from 67775 to 677. What is going on?

    I have the same "problem", I wasn't sure if my rep power dropped or not when I looked at it the other day but I think you have confirmed it. I thought to myself "that can't be right, have I been neutered?"

    maybe we have just grown too powerful ITN
