if ND can find that October magic, they will roll. else, it's going to be a tight game all the way through.

Think it will be a close one...our recent play has given me no reason to believe otherwise.

ND has to get something that resembles an actual passing attack.

5 • Stanford has won five consecutive home games against AP top-10 opponents.

8 • Stanford has won at least eight games for a school-record nine straight years.

12 • Head coach David Shaw is 12-0 at home against nonconference opponents.

17 • The Cardinal has a 17-game home nonconference win streak dating to 2008 (does not include 2012 Pac-12 Championship Game win vs. UCLA at Stanford Stadium).

2008 • The Cardinal has not dropped a regular-season finale since 2008, and is 6-0 in such affairs under head coach David Shaw.

4 • Stanford has won four straight home games against Notre Dame, its longest streak in series history.

10 • Fifteen of 31 meetings between Stanford and Notre Dame have been decided by 10 points or fewer. The past five games have been decided by touchdown or less

Been a few weeks since ND has rolled anyone. If they can get back to how they played the first two months, I love their chances. The last 2.5 games & the previous Novembers do not reveal a positive trend. On the flip side, BK & the Irish are certainly overdue to reverse the trend in November & the trend vs Shaw.

Looking at those bullet points was a real "WTF" moment for me. I was eating a cherry Pop Tart. Kind of fucking ruined it.

No rationale person after watching this team the last two weeks can think they are going to win. They have no player leadership. They look defeated and tired.

Stanford is going to roll us.

ND will win. It'll be like getting a teeth cleaning but they'll win.
