Great story- what a beast as a soon to be Junior at 6-3 and 210-220. From the start we sound like we are in the top 2, and that is just from the start- very promising, but it will take a long while.

That is a great story. Kid seems to have a great frame and we can never get enough LBs in the 3-4. Hopefully some film of this kid comes out.

Apprently he has half his family of M$U alums and a couple of ND alum. So, I wouldn't be suprised to see it come down to those two.

Has he received a verbal offer from MSU yet?

Im pretty sure he has a verbal from MSU.
I just watched his Rivals film. He really has a nose for the ball. And accelerated and really puts a pounding on ball carriers. Pretty good lateral movement, but sometimes he doesn't really use his hands to shed off OL and FBs. But great looking prospect. Im really excited to possibly get a commitment from him.

Max had nothing but great things to say about his unofficial visit to ND. He said being right below the student section was awesome and all the noise that they made was sweet. He was on the field for warm-ups which had him excited as well.

There is some smoke, that Max might have gave MSU a verbal committ during hin unofficial visit their this past weekend. I have seen it mentioned more than once on recruiting forums. Nothing concrete yet .....just some smoke.

Scouts Grade: Max Bullough kicks off Michigan State's Class of 2010
Junior ESPNU 150 Watch List linebacker Max Bullough has become the first 2010 commitment for the Spartans.
Max, 6-foot-3, 209-pounds, also considered scholarship offers from Notre Dame, UCLA, Stanford and Iowa.
The Bullough family has had a huge impact on Michigan State football. Max is the grandson of Henry "Hank" Bullough who was a guard at MSU, a head coach in the NFL and an assistant coach for the Spartans. Max's father Shane and uncle Charles both played for MSU. Charles is now an assistant coach at UCLA.
"The decision really came down to Max's comfort level," Shane Bullough told The Detroit News. "Michigan State felt like home to him."
