Indy, by now I guess you can tell we are not prone to making bold statements such as the above. We'd rather be certain, but at the same time be the first to provide Official Confirmation of a commit. That is what we did with Slaughter this morning.

Suffice it to say that there is information floating around from sources that are also usually pretty conservative about these things that point to those three names.

Just tapped into this board yesterday when I was frantically looking for info on one crazy day of recruiting. It's a good time to be Irish. We may have two or three more five-star recruits on board before the end of July, along with a couple more four stars. This is going to be one of the best hauls in ND history.

That right there, coming from IUB, is good enough for me. Seeing some of the things tacked up on II's main page is a good enough teaser, but... well, here's hoping we don't have to wait much longer. This is getting crazy.

Pinch me! I have not been this excited - recruitung wise - in many, many years. If Ethan Johnson, Michael Floyd, and Dan McCarthy commit (or 2 of 3) we may be looking at the best defensive class in the past 25 years. I live in the Atlanta area and my best bud (a UGA fan) is one pissed off guy that Slaughter did not commit to the Bulldawgs. I couldn't help but rub a little salt in his wound this afternoon. LOL!!!! By the way....what a great name for a DB!!!!

Hell, I'm excited about the guys we got. If we don't get anymore this is still a very good class, especially when you think of the needs that it has filled.

i still think that man underneath Marvs name should the the top of the top of the top of the Irish's priorities as far as recruiting goes... Floyd would me a unblelieveably huge addition... love waht im hearing about Ethan Johnson and Mcarthy as well. this week seems like it should be a great week to be an irish fan... other schools Not so much!!! Ethan #17 and I see CB/WR Jeremy Brown has just changed his mind and will visit ND in July instead of waiting til this fall. He see's there might not be any room in another week or two.
