First, the Hughes run where he breaks a few tackles is sweet. Harrison Smith made a couple of nice sticks, and our new punt returner looks awesome!

The D is starting...from square one where they aren't gonna take any crap. Now, that take that mentality to the game field. I like it.

I like it too.

I also liked it better when UP/IUB/Stoney were the only mods. LOL

The team is starting to get nasty. Who were the instigators of the fight? I couldn't tell. Also, what number is Smith?

Brian Smith is 58. I've seen it posted elsewhere that Olsen Turkovich and Kerry Neal were involved in the intial battle. But from the look of it alot of guys on both sides of the ball jumped into it. Which is the part I liked. They have been hitting each other this spring. let them get nasty and then come the start of the season start smacking other teams in the mouth. :goirish:

I want to see the team under Holtz who would beat the crap out of opponents. Motovation and intimidation is worth a 15 yard penalty. Look at the 2006 ND-Mich. St game. When that scuffle broke out, we started playing better. Think if Kerry Neal comes out against SC and first play hits Mark Sanchez a little cheap, and a fight breaks out. That would favor the IRish. I'm all for fights.

I like the fact that they got into a fight. I want us to be aggressive on the field.

Great to see! Hughes looks tough again and I see the outside runs to AA still don't seem to be working...

AA needs to line up at wide receiver at some points this year and get involved by way of screens and reverses.

I like Olsen flipping the bird and dropping some f bombs on the defense. Let's get a little attitude on offense this year.

$%*& you, defense!!! %$@# you!!!

Loved it. I hope that attitude carries over to the season. The O line has got something to prove.

Who was the Punt Returner? Sam Young is 72 isnt he? 74 is a monster, is that Taylor Dever?

Also, I get confused, is #11 David Grimes? Any DJ Hord Sightings? How about Steven Jackson, is he back from injury?
