Hunter Poole was an unofficial visitor at today’s spring practice, a visit he has been planning to make for two months now. Poole, who moved from Georgia to play his Senior Year at Tallahassee Lincoln HS presumably to be close to the FSU program has yet to be offered by them. Lincoln is usually a very reliable FSU pipeline, but the two top Lincoln prospects in the 2008 class went elsewhere, T.J. Bryant to USC, and Steven Robinson to UCF. However, you have to think that Poole’s primary reason for changing schools was the FSU attraction, but with no offer to date from them or anyone other than East Carolina, he is apparently starting to look elsewhere.

Poole’s strength measurables are legit & pretty staggering even for a guy carrying a 315 lb. load. Lack of quickness has to be the reason why this kid does not have a meaningful offer yet.

I'm surprised nobody has offered Jawanza'a teammate to try to reel in him. Poole's only BCS conference offer is from Duke.
