Drummond has no offers yet which is a bit surprising considering some pretty impressive measurables for a FB prospect including a 35 inch vertical. The measurables in his Rivals profile are even more impressive as they list him as 6-3/230, with at 4.51 40 time. The numbers in our profile reflect measurements from a Scout combine, but they are still not too shabby. Rivals has Drummond as a FB prospect, Scout lists him as a MLB. I’m not really sure what ND is looking at him as, but for now we will leave him as a FB. His Scout profile also lists him with “High Interest” in Auburn and Georgia Tech, but he is apparently planning on coming to ND for the Spring Game.

He is on the same team as Jaybo Shaw who is the option qb signed by Ga Tech this year. That would probably explain part of why he has them as high. I am sure Paul Johnson has spoken with him during his time out to see Jaybo.

As I mentioned earlier, should not be a suprise since Jaybo Shaw was his QB in high school and was Paul Johnson's first Signee as new GT coach last year. Should fit their scheme nicely.

If i was a fullback there is no other team i'd want to play for then GT because of the option.

If you want to have a chance to get your hands on the ball, you are absolutely correct. I think FB is an easy sell for Ga Tech right now, WR on the other hand......not so much.
