has anyone heard anything about the guard Steven "Moose" Robinson from Tallahassee and a pending offer?
he has always been high on ND, but no scholly offered yet...the kids a monster O-lineman, and seems like a real likable and good kid with huge upside...perhaps we shoot to his top 3 (w/ FSU and Auburn) if we offered him.
i DONT thnk we are landing Page, or Trev, and Hurst just committed elsewhere and we DO need one more OL for tis class in a peerfect world.
IUB, Calves...anything on him?

I don't know, the name Robinson this year seems to equate with flake, even Trev's situation is a little flaky, but at least he has a reason. Steven Robinson has been trying to get more big time offers for the last 6 months, I'm pretty sure that his interest in ND is more posturing than genuine. He said on more than once occasion that he actually had an ND offer, and at different points in time, he had Rivals and Scout convinced of it, but it was never the case. I'd be surprised if ND would offer him this late in the cycle, and even more surprised that if they did, he would accept.
In June, FSU's Warchant writer had Robinson as an imminent FSU commit, but that idiot does that after virtually every recruit visit. In August, Robinson told a Minnesota recruiting guy that his Top 3 were Minnesota, FSU, and South Carolina. He also told the guy that he was going to make an Official Visit to GopherLand in late September, and that he was pretty sure he could get his teammate, TJ Bryant, to tag along with him. As far as I know that trip never happened. IMO, Robinson is FSU bound unless he gets another big time offer to consider, which I do not consider likely because he is not that highly rated. Of course neither is Alex Hurst, and he is headed to LSU. Something like an LSU offer would probably be what it would take for Robinson not to end up a Seminole. Right now, he is probably just waiting for TJ to make his decision official before he follows in kind.

ok ill bite...what if we offered Moose...is there even a remote, tiny, miniscule possibility that TJ and Moose could ever end up Irish?
i remember the early summer rumours of the "TJ to ND surprise"...wonder ifg they had any legs at all.

TJ was supposed to visit, pulled out. The legs were amputated quick.

The secondary is all but complete.
Bryant named his finalists a while ago. No ND.
