Even for a guy who has established a reputation of talking an awful lot, Brendan Beal has crossed another line.
Although it is no secret that a lot of people are pretty certain that Josh Jenkins will end up at OSU despite his WVU verbal, Beal actually laid it out there by saying that he talks to Jenkins a lot and he heard that he was thinking of decommiting from WVU for OSU. Here Jenkins is constantly denying that he is leaving WVU, he claims he wants to just take advantage of Official Visits, etc., and a guy who says he's been talking to you spouts out what you have denying in a published report.
You're a great pal, Brendan. Seriously, would anyone want to have this guy as a teammate. If half of what he has been quoted as saying is correct, we may have the next coming of TO, although Beal is not in TO's class talent wise.
On another note, if anybody cares, Beal is transferring from Roxbury, NJ HS to
Liberty HS in Bethlehem, PA.

Yeah, the more I hear about this kid, the more I am glad we are not on the running. He seems to have all the talent in the world, but he doesn't act like much of a stand-up guy, or an ND type of kid.

I'm not going to go into details because I don't want to make anyone physically sick, but Beal's latest article is in a word, despicable.:eek: Beal has gone from being my least favorite recruit of this year to being my least favorite recruit of this decade.
If there has ever been a recruit that deserves to be bashed this TO wanna be is it. If I see anyone wish this kid good luck whenever he officially decides to make his bed with the Cockwad or the Poodle, you will hear me screaming right through the blogosphere.

Florida now leads over U$C, O$U, BC, and L$U. He wants to take all five official visits and then announce on his birthday October 12th. But frankly I still think he's lying and wants suspense to announce to U$C. I don't think there is a recruit I respect or like less than this guy right here.

No, but he's a hell of a football player. Probably one of the most college ready linebackers in the nation because of his advanced knowledge of the game. He really doesn't have any weakpoints in his game(but he also isn't lights out in any area as well).
There's a reason Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Penn State were fighting tooth and nail over this kid, and it isn't how he looks without a shirt on.

NDNC,
Just for grins, I looked up Adamle's bio: Northwestern grad '71, running back for the Chiefs, Jets, Bears, and Chicago Fire (WFL) from '71-'76. In 2005, hosted Battle of the Reality Network Stars. In 2006 became color commentator Professional Bull Rider's Inc.'s "Built Ford Tough" series. Probably not what he had in mind when he joined NBC...
Edit: sideline commentator for XFL (2001); now freelance anchor/reporter in Chicago.

Hey, I threw in the "FWIW" for that exact reason. :) I know exactly what people have said about him and even mentioned that to my friend. He said he hasn't seen any of that yet (he coaches the other side of the line) but I told him I'd be following up regularily to see if BB showed his true colors.

Another disgusting Beal article from Scout:
The weekend after his Boston College visit, Beal heads south to Florida for the Tennessee game on Sept. 15. "I have a great relationship with coach Urban Meyer," he said. "We speak the same language and we're both old school. We're hard-nosed, in your face, blue-collar kind of guys. He said that I could be the captain of the defense the way Tim Tebow is the captain of the offense. He said he is looking for someone to take over.
-----Are you friggen kidding me? Telling a kid he could be the captian? I've heard of playing time, but what am I to say? This isn't suprising.

How about Beal is a blue collar guy! That's a joke too.
How about talking about Pete Carroll moving on, unbelievable.
How about the academics crap at USC & Florida, well at least he didn't try to give LSU that tag as well.
How about the ridiculous 55% of Wall Street employees being from BC. Are you kidding me.
How about, ah why bother listing any more. Beal is a loud mouthed highly opinionated and arrogant kid who will be slapped around more in the locker room than he will ever have an opportunity to be slapped around on the football field.
I am so thrilled that this kid is going to either USC or Florida, they are both equally deserving of this overrated blabbermouth. As I said before though I hope Florida gets him because I predict he will take a few Barksdale type beatings from the Florida crew.
Urban & Brendan sitting in the bed, who is going to be the first one to give the other one ????.

The more I hear about this kid the more I'm glad we stopped recruiting him, he says academics are important then skips classes. What the hell is that? I heard he also started a fight when he visited O$U, and transfered out of his old school Roxbury and left them high and dry when they needed him most. This kids a real piece of work, he'll fit in at SUC and Florida.

You know I love him.:rolleyes:
He visited his love buddy again this past weekend, Urban (starting to really give me the willys) Meyer, and once again stated his profound love for His Meyersty. Beal once again brought up the fact that he and Meyer are a lot alike in that they are both blue collar guys. This kid is friggin unbelievable, I honestly think that he believes what he spouts out is true, which means not surprisingly that he most likely suffers from some sort of mental defect.
Word out of Gainesville is that Beal will commit to Florida only if The Cockwad repeats his very creepy Will Hill mantra to Brendan, only this time Meyer has to say Beal's name at least four times in his most utter teenage boy admiration tone.;)

Malibu, er I mean Beal, will be announcing his long awaited college choice (dripping with sarcasm) tomorrow night on a live broadcast of Lemming's Generation Next that will apparently showcase the talents of our fair friend Brendan. (again dripping with sarcasm) LOL- should be a quick show. Only a tool like Lemming would allow himself to be used by a tool like Malibu, I mean Beal.
Brendan will have hats of course because he is so original:rolleyes:, and those hats will be from BC, UF, USC, and LSU. Please let it be LSU so the Bayou Boys can throw a few beatings Beal's way. Also please don't postpone your decision again Brendan because it will give me great joy to remove you from our uncommitted offer list and close down this thread, which will be re-opened only after the first reports of the aforementioned inevitable slapdowns a pompous ass such as you will be looking forward to in college.

I'm hoping LSU to give Urbie another dagger, and the hot rumor from last weekend was LSU because Beal Tool Sr. was spotted wearing LSU's colors at the Liberty game, but knowing these 2 jerks that was probably just a game they were playing. I would still be surprised if it is not Urbie as these two just seem to be made for each other. It makes me squeamish just thinking about that conversation. In either case I'm happy to see it over with.

Thought I'd give all you Brendan Beal lovers ;) one last update on the "stud" LB from Liberty HS in PA. He played his last HS football game this past week and got run over, literally and figureatively. Kid from Hazleton named Nate Eachus, a 6 foot 195 lb running back who I don't think any colleges have looked at, ran for 388 yards and 2 TDs against Liberty in Hazleton's 21-20 victory. In the process of putting up those numbers, Eachus ran right through Beal on a number of plays. Late in the game, just when Liberty thought they had a chance to take the lead, they fumbled. On the ensuing play, as noted in the local paper, "Eachus broke free through a seam on the next play and outraced Hurricane star linebacker Brendan Beal for the long TD run." Let's hope we see a lot more of such stelat play in college! :)

and lets not kid ourselves...the REAL reason Brendan Beal left NJ to play in PA wasnt so he could graduate early at Liberty, and be able to take an EE...it was b/c NJ is/was first state in nation to test for steroids, starting in 06/07 year; hence the "move across the river" for Malibu.

Even though nobody here likes Beal, it's pretty low to start slinging accusations of steroid use.
If what you say is true, wouldn't Beal have transfered prior to his junior year because the testing was starting last year (06/07), and not this year.

It's all BS. Spidey please don't make us deal with Malibu anymore, I was hoping not to see another post in this thread till word of his first ass whupping from the Florida thugs. He is in love with Urbie (literally)and is going nowhere.

Malibu is out for the year with an ACL injury. Rumor is that the injury actually happened in the locker room while Beal was getting his ass kicked for telling everyone how wonderful he is. J/K about the second part, the injury occurred at practice.
Oh, well, there is always the TV career to keep him going. No doubt that Beal will now be thrown on the scrap heap by the Slimemaster similar to what he did with Jerimy Finch.
Look out IK, our boy may still end up at RU.

Word is Beal is transferring. Where to, I don't know. Florida recruitniks said Beal is gone with Bostic and Jenkins battling for the Mike LB'er spot.

Further proof that Urbie doesn't deal in damaged goods, at least not physically damaged.
I'm sure that Urbie just about decimated Beal's sizeable ego to force him to relinquish a schollie.

Yard Sale time, or what do they call it in New England, Tag Sales, I think.
Anyway isn't it interesting that the two loudest mouths of the 2008 recruiting season and possibly of the last 5 recruiting seasons, McDuffie and Beal have both found themselves in pretty unenviable positions now. You have to have some sympathy for both of them that their once promising outlook has dimmed substantially, but the fact that both of them were also decidedly obnoxious during their recruitment certainly diminshes the sympathy factor. Karma is still one of the biggest bitches out there.
