Wienke has now committed to the Hawkeyes. Looks as though the coaching situation might be starting to impact their class.

They're a team that's pretty darn thin at QB after Mallet as is. Losing out on your QB with about 6 weeks to go in the recruiting process is a rough place to be in. Aren't so many marquee names to get in on any more. Now that transfer from GT to UM is looking a lot bigger than it did when it first was announced.

I don't know how they get a "difference maker" recruit with this little time to go, and without a coaching staff set in place. Better pray on a guy with upside, if that.

I don't see many defections happening after this though. Unless there's a defensive scheme change, I just don't see it. A lot of their guys left are solid UM guys who've been on board for some time. Hope I'm wrong though :) .

My only question is does anyone think that Terrelle Pryor is thinking about heading to Ann
Arbor now that RRod is bringing in that offense???? I heard last that he was pretty much ohio state but things have definately changed since then.

yes Pryor is def looking at Mich now...his rivals headline said "Add Michigan to the list" today/yesterday not sure which day.
