When does rivals and scouts stars come out? And who will be ND highest rank so far?

Scout has already awarded Two Stars to about 130 players.

I think they both start announcing the their 5 Stars like 10 at a time after the May Evaluation Period. After the 5's they start on the 4's.

Cwynar is the only one in the Rivals 250. None in Top 100.

Cave, Golic, and Goodman will suffer the fate of Kerry Neal. Without being courted by the big dogs and getting 30 to 50 offers and/or making a splash at Combines they are not news items. No news = low star rating. Charlie's "If you're looking; we're looking" policy hurts Star "generation" in The Star Wars.

Goodman at least has a chance to make a splash on the gridiron catching passes and returning kicks. I don't think the "Big Uglies" playing in "small football states" have a chance regardless of ability. There only hope is Lemming picks them for USA AA Bowl and they do well against prime time competition.

I think Cwynar could be a five star. I think he is a four star for sure.

he'll be a 4*. not a 5 b/c he wont be in the national spotlight since he will be skipping camps etc...
