Big Freddie is claiming an ND offer now, but since his coach is the one who famously said in December that every D-1 school in the country had already offered Freddie, and even added that his statement was not hyperbole, I'm going to wait to add Freddie to the offer list. His various offer lists have been reported from as every D-1 school in the country to this list on 247Sports- Alabama, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Clemson, Colorado, Missouri, Oregon, San Diego State, Stanford, TCU, UCLA, USC, Utah, Utah State, Washington and Washington State, and to only Cal, USC, Stanford, San Diego State, ASU, and UCLA, on Rivals. Whatever his offer list is Cal, USC, and Stanford are considered his leaders, with Oregon possibly being a contender if they have really offered him. Cal is supposed to have the edge over every D-1 school in any case.
