Jerry Rice: "Dancing With the Noles?"

the guy that told me Butler was a lock to FSU, also told me that Jerry Rice was at their Showtime event (equivalent of Friday Night lights) either last weekend or weekend before...can anyone confirm this?
i know Jerry didnt go to FSU, but what would he be doing there? does he have a connection there?
i checked rivals, and scout to see any confirmation or any articles of Rice being there and nothing, but who knows what that sly ole dog Bowden is up to...
i am only wondering cause want to see if this guy is credible re: his Butler to FSU lock statement to me...

quick story on the Bowdens.
Terry is at a Florida recruits house when he coached Auburn, drove to kids house in a rental car fromn the airport. has a great visit with the kid and his Mom, tells him he's building an "Auburn Family" there, TB thinks the kid is on board at Auburn...is giving final hugs to kid and the Mom on the front stoop, and who pulls up at the same time? the old man, Bobby, in a stretch limo, driver opens the door, Terry goes back to his car, and as Bobby walks up the driveway he yells to Terry so the recruit and mom can hear: "Hey Sonny, make sure when you get back to Alabama, you call your Momma, she's upset that she hasnt heard from you in a while!"
The kid committed to Bobby and FSU in his living room that day...
