Just a heads up for all of the ND fans wanting to get back to South Bend for a game this year. Check out Allegiant Air! They fly out of smaller metropolitan areas, about 20 locals in all, directly to South Bend. For instance, I live in Orlando and Allegiant flies out of a smaller airport north of Orlando directly to South Bend twice a week. You will have to check availablitiy and if they have a flight into SB. Tickets are usually, if bought in advance, $99 one way. It's a now thrills type of deal, but it will get you directly into SB.
